New towel ranges shot on location in Misty Cliffs.
About the project
Mungo booked our long-time collaborator Adel Ferreira to photograph some of their new products, and she reached out to JOANITA.CO to assist with the styling. The shoot focussed on the Dhow pure linen bath and beach towel in new colours sea foam and deep sea, and the then new addition to the Mungo towel family, the organic cotton Aegean towel. The shoot took place on an icy cold day on location at the secluded Misty Cliffs, Cape Point.
About the client
Mungo is a South African textile company who in 2020 became South Africa’s first Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) textile weaving mill. Located in Plettenberg Bay, there are brick and mortar stores across South Africa as well as a local and global online shop, and websites based in the USA and the EU.
