The brief for this party was simple. Create a theme around a Mexican food truck providing the food for the evening. We created three different settings for the different courses. Entrees were served in the front garden in a colour-free environment. Once guests moved to the back of the house they found the food truck and colourful area where dinner could be ordered. The last stop was a dining room table filled with sugary treats and cake in the colours of the rainbow.
